At Telegelam, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. To ensure a smooth process, items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in the package.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
